Oh wow, I remember seeing this back when you submitted it for the Comicon Challenge on GameArtisans. This is still one of my favorite 3d characters; simply astounding work!

It is the wrong universe, Hellboy is from Dark Horse comics while Ghost is from Marvel Comics and this design does have a lot of similarities with Ghost's look from Invincible Ironman #24
